• Listen to 70's & 80's MIDI - Great MIDI site if you think 90's music is crap. (The majority of it anyway)
• Valkhorn.com - A huge collection of high quality MIDI files. Every genre.
• YoungComposers.com - Submit/download original musical works.
• MusicRobot.com - THE BEST MIDI search engine. Finds everything! Also has "Sort by size" so you can find the best MIDI faster.
• MIDI.com - MIDI.com is a great resource for MIDI information.
• The MIDIFarm - MIDIFarm has a lot of MIDIs and lots of other MIDI stuff.

MIDI Links: MIDI Programs (Sequencing, Playing)

• Cakewalk - Cakewalk is to music what Photoshop is to graphic design. Cakewalk is definitely the best (and definitely the most expensive).
• Winjammer - Pretty decent MIDI program. Easy to use with high functionality though. You should download the demo, but if you plan on buying a sequencer, I recommend Cakewalk.
• MidiSoft Studio - I've heard that Studio 6 has better printing capabilities than Winjammer. You should definitely try this one out.
• Noteworth Composer - Composer's printing options are amazing, you can insert text anywhere and you have full control over its appearance. I'm not crazy about its interface, though. Download this one if you print music a lot.
• Roni Music - Roni Music makes a lot of very small (but good) MIDI programs - Harmonizer, Arpeggiator, etc. Sweet Little Piano is a lot of fun and has a small file size.
• Quicktime - Apple Quicktime uses its own instrument set. If you register it, you can make MIDI files sound a lot better without increasing their size a lot.
